D.C. Training Session w/ Coach Hoffmann

Service Description

1 on 1 session for goalies ages 8yrs-Highschool. Sessions will involve a mix of high shot volume and personalized dialogue between the coach and goalie to ensure the goalie is getting the necessary reps but also understanding the "why/how" behind the position. Extra shooter available depending on timing and level of the goalie 1hr sessions will typically be structured as: 2 mins: Quick stretch 5-10 mins: Warmup routine 45 mins: focused drills/competitions to develop desired skills/technique 5 mins: Final competition to a # vs the shooter(s)
